Manage your account balance

You can manage your account balance from the Balance section. To enter this section, just enter the dashboard and select "Balance" from the menu. Here you can view and manage all payment information and account balance.

Now you can see all the information:

Balance: This number shows your withdrawable balance on the platform.

Locked Balance: This is your locked balance in your active orders that have not yet been released.

Deposit: From this section you can increase your account balance. Enter the amount of USD you want to add and then using our secure payment gateway powered by NOWPayment, you can make payments with more than 300+ cryptocurrencies. (No need to connect a wallet)

Withdrawal: You can withdraw your transferable balance from this section. (We do all withdrawals manually and this action is necessary to maintain the security of withdrawals)

Transactions: From here you can view the records of all your transactions.
